It's the second best way to charge a battery externally. You can also find one connected to the batterycase. So also If you get an extra battery case for the NLS Pro or Mini 2 you can charge the backup battery with the battery level being displayed. But if you don't want a lunky case and just want to use the perfectly fine red and green indicators on the chargers it works just as well.

Battery came really fast . About to weeks... I was really surprised... Didn't know what the adapter was for but now I know, it's for out of board charging... Wonderful
