Shipping and Customer Service during Chinese New Year 2019

2018 has been an amazing year for Meepo and we would like to thank all of you for your trust and support! This week Chinese New Year is starting and our employees are getting a well-deserved break.

All of us will be back on Feb 13th, with fresh energies and ready for the spring season! In the meantime, our shipping department is closed and customer service requests will have to wait for a few days. At the end of this blog post you can find two lists. One with orders that were shipped and one with orders that were NOT shipped as of January 21st and that will have to wait. Thank you so much for your understanding!

PS: Good news for our customers in the US: new orders for our popular V2 Board will be shipped out from our US warehouse as usual during our holiday break.
